Fixed in version: 1.1.0
Description:

ExtIO no longer extends Aldor's HashTable, as Aldor's HashTable is broken.
As replacement for Aldor's HashTable, ExtIO now provides ChainingHashTable  
and ChainingHashTableWithCustomHashFunction.
