[Aldor-l] isatty in the core

Hi Laurentiu and Aldor list,

I noticed that the foam interpreter part of the core (fint.c) uses isatty
unguarded. I don't think this is appropriate for a cross-platform application
and suggest the move of this function os_*.c. After this, the system
abstraction should be pretty much done.
