How extensive are the changes? What are your goals in making these
changes? Can you provide a brief roadmap? Are you moving towards a
more autoconf compatible style of makefile?

I have an account there and have built some versions of Axiom on some
of these systems:

Once you publish your changes I will try a compiling Aldor on a few of
these and probably some other systems.

BTW, how do you plan to publish your changes? Would it make sense to
create a branch in the Aldor SVN repository to allow you to post
directly to the repository without affecting the current main branch
(trunk)?
