[Aldor-l] Mac OS X support added to svn repository

Hi folks,

I have added what I believe to be support for Mac OS X to the
subversion repository.

For a list of what was changed run "svn log" on os_unix.c and
os_macosvm.c.  I adopted the strategy of committing the changed
files in every directory where they are committed, even though
this is clearly redundant.

I am sure you will let me know how many things I have broken.  :)
