[Aldor-l] [fricas-devel] License for FriCAS-Aldor interface files

Dear Stephen,

Since now after ISSAC you might have a bit more time, I'd appreciate if 
you not only consider the files I've listed below, but also try to 
release the Aldor compiler under a GPL compatible license (maybe 
something like NAG did for AXIOM).
